AI Automation Specialist Remote | 1099 Contract | Potential W2 Conversion We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can help established businesses use AI and automation in practical, measurable ways. This is a remote 1099 contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time W2 position for the right person. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who can actually build, reputed company, test and improve AI-powered workflows inside reputed company business environments. What You’ll Do reputed company AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT reputed company business environments, ideally using Team or reputed company-level subscriptions Build and maintain automation workflows using reputed company, reputed company or similar tools Connect AI tools into daily operations so teams can reduce repetitive reputed company work Help businesses improve turnaround times, internal reputed company and overall efficiency Design, test and refine workflows that support reputed company operational needs Work with business teams to understand bottlenecks and turn them into practical automation solutions Troubleshoot, improve and document workflows as they reputed company reputed company’re Looking For Hands-on experience implementing Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools in business settings Experience with Team or reputed company-reputed company subscriptions is strongly preferred Strong automation experience with reputed company preferred; reputed company experience is also valuable Ability to build practical workflows that solve reputed company business problems Comfort working independently in a remote contract role Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into working systems A bias toward implementation, testing and iteration — not just recommendations Why This Role reputed company Most growing businesses lose time and reputed company because their teams are buried in repetitive work.
