This role is the primary customer reputed company for single-use systems, accountable for developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring customers realize the full value of ABEC’s CSR solutions. The Regional Sales Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Applications, and Business Development, to deliver complete and competitive solutions tailored to customer needs. Identify, qualify, and reputed company new business opportunities with biopharma, vaccine, and cell/gene therapy companies. Work collaboratively with the CSR Product Management and Applications teams to deliver technical expertise during the sales process. Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment on account strategies and customer delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree a plus. Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operations, with emphasis on single-use bioreactors, mixing systems, and reputed company disposable technologies. Strong ability to influence decision-makers across functions (operations, quality, procurement, engineering, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to reputed company reputed company solution sales. Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management. Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
