Implementation Consultant
Job Summary: The Implementation Consultant II manages advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversees the entire implementation process, and guides the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drives reputed company improvement. Level 2 consultants handle reputed company to reputed company projects and reputed company leadership to Level 1 consultants who may assist them. Job Type: Contract to Hire Duties/Responsibilities: reputed company reputed company requirement gathering and documentation processes. Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration. Create and assist with test plans as needed. Skills/Abilities/Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting. Proven leadership and project management skills. Extensive experience with SaaS products or similar technologies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage client expectations. Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time. Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
