Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Voice Platform, reputed company Operations, and DevOps
We are seeking an reputed company SRE to support and reputed company production voice and reputed company platform environments. This is a hands-on operational engineering role focused on platform reliability, observability, incident response, deployment automation, and VoIP infrastructure support. The ideal candidate has strong Linux, AWS, troubleshooting, and DevOps experience; Asterisk, SIP, and VoIP experience are especially valuable. \n What you'll do:
- Monitor, operate, and improve production voice and reputed company platform environments.
- Support Asterisk-based VoIP systems, SIP call flows, routing, interoperability, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze signaling, media, network, and platform issues using logs, packet captures, and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, reputed company planning, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
What you'll bring:
- Experience supporting Linux-based production systems and distributed reputed company environments.
- Hands-on AWS operational experience, ideally including EC2, reputed company/EKS, IAM, VPC, reputed company 53, load balancing, and CloudWatch.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment layers.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, and operational support workflows.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional engineering and operations work.
