Administrative Assistant, UN Impact Programme

Role Overview The Administrative Assistant will reputed company comprehensive support to the UNIP Director for administration of the programme. This will include supporting conference planning, data management, contracting, and travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for other tasks as assigned to them by the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Support the director with conference planning, such as filling in relevant templates, identifying conference dates and travel dates, and providing support for reputed company applications Keeping UNIP records and databases up to date, including identifying where sales leads need to be followed up Ensuring reputed company are processed where needed in a timely manner and reputed company records are kept in accordance with Crimson policies. Qualifications & Requirements Completed secondary education (1-2 years of relevant experience in lieu of completed education will be accepted) Experience managing administrative procedures Experience working remotely Ability to work independently and asynchronously Why Join Us?
