Manager, Proposal Support Operations

Role Overview The Manager, Proposal Support Operations is responsible for leading a remote team supporting proposal and RFP operations reputed company Group Insurance Sales. Build Expertise & Capability

What You’ll Bring Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in RFP, proposal management, reputed company operations, sales support, or reputed company operational leadership roles
- 2+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated reputed company coaching, developing, and elevating team performance
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFI lifecycle management, proposal strategy, and questionnaire response development

Pay Transparency Salary reputed company: $70,000-$90,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
