• Partner with the creative marketing team to reputed company event signage, swag, and other creative assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in event management, particularly for large-scale, in-person corporate events, with an exclusive experience component (preferably in the technology sector).
• Proven track record of planning and executing experiential activations, corporate receptions, special events, and large conferences for 200 - 500 attendees.
• Ability to travel for 3-4 days reputed company to dates of the events
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple reputed company workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, vendors, and key stakeholders.
