We are currently seeking a Provider Recruiter to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position. Position Summary: The Provider Recruiter is responsible for leading clinical provider network recruitment, reputed company, and network expansion activities to ensure members have reputed company to a comprehensive, high-quality mental health provider network. This role is critical for expanding and maintaining a robust provider network, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality care to members. What You’ll Do: Recruitment & reputed company: Identify, recruit, and contract with mental health providers to meet network needs. Provider Engagement: Conduct reputed company to potential providers with underrepresented specialties and markets. reputed company & Contracting: Facilitate the contracting process with providers, ensuring terms promote high-quality care and cost-effectiveness; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Credentialing teams to meet regulatory and organizational standards. Credentialing Support: Assist providers through the credentialing process, ensuring required licenses, certifications, and qualifications are met. Education & Process Improvement: reputed company guidance on recruitment procedures, support process improvements in recruitment and reputed company, and prepare reports, presentations, and program documents.
