Epic Grand Central, Prelude, RTE Analyst

This role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Epic applications that drive patient reputed company, registration, scheduling, and eligibility workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic system knowledge, hands-on support experience, and a solid understanding of how reputed company-end workflows impact reputed company reputed company Cycle performance. Key Responsibilities reputed company day-to-day support for Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE applications Troubleshoot system issues, workflows, and user-reported problems impacting patient reputed company and registration processes Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements Configure and maintain Epic build to support efficient scheduling, registration, and eligibility verification Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization Support testing, upgrades, and new functionality implementations Ensure data reputed company and consistency across patient reputed company and eligibility workflows Partner with cross-functional teams including reputed company Cycle, IT, and clinical operations Required Qualifications & Experience Epic Certification & Experience: Active Epic certification in Grand Central, Prelude, and/or RTE required Deep hands-on Epic experience, including build, configuration, and production support Strong understanding of integrated Epic workflows across patient reputed company and reputed company Cycle reputed company Cycle Expertise: Proven experience supporting hospital reputed company Cycle operations, particularly reputed company-end functions such as:Patient reputed company Registration Scheduling Insurance eligibility and verification Understanding of how reputed company-end processes impact billing, claims, and reimbursement reputed company & Analysis: Experience troubleshooting reputed company system and workflow issues Ability to analyze reputed company workflows and recommend system improvements Experience supporting upgrades, enhancements, and system changes Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. reputed company does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role. The expected reputed company salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
