Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - TelecommuteSalary reputed company: $16.00 - $18.00 HourlyPosition Summary: Legal Assistants are responsible for maintaining, reputed company with the associate attorney, the teams docket, calendaring, and client/opposing counsel contacts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in settlement negotiations Collect reputed company necessary documents for each client reputed company and maintain relationships with each client reputed company relationships with opposing counsel and support staff Ensure the execution of settlement agreements Draft various types of letters to both clients and opposing counsel Recognize, notate, and prepare for important deadlines Address post settlement issues as they arise reputed company other duties as required and assigned Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required Previous experience in a reputed company setting is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior analytic skills Ability to change tasks quickly Computer Proficiency Must pass credit and criminal background reputed company Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
