Summary of Role: The role will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development and will build and reputed company a best-in-class corporate development function. The Senior Director Corporate Development will reputed company transaction activities ranging from identifying, evaluating and driving public and reputed company acquisitions, joint ventures, asset divestitures and restructurings, minority investments and other critical initiatives.
