Loan Originations Specialist
As a Loan Originations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to represent reputed company in a positive, professional, and personal manner while performing tasks necessary in being the key support role for preparing and processing Consumer, Business Banking, SBA and Mortgage Loan Documents reputed company the government mandated time reputed company. Processes error free loan disclosures in a timely manner; communicates with Loan Originations Team, Financial Service Centers(FSC) and reputed company on pending closing issues. Examines closed loan files for completeness and accuracy, adheres to lending policy, resolves discrepancies, validates loans updated to core system or applicable reputed company and organizes files. Support the Disbursement of Funds on reputed company closed loans accurately and according to government mandated time frames, following through on reputed company disbursements to accurate and complete resolution. Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________ 1. This includes the validation of loan rates, required loan documents, complete signatures, and any other requirements of the closed loan package. Maintain working knowledge of Lending Policy and Government Lending Regulations utilizing Regulatory University and Compliance seminars and workshops. 10. Examine the closing files for adherence to Bank Lending Policy and Lending Regulations. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________ 1. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years of directly reputed company experience reputed company the Financial Services industry is preferred. 2.
