Job Description

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. Meet or exceed the National Average Typing speed, based on Words Per Minute of 40 or above Strong phone reputed company and experience handling dozens of calls per day Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communications skills
