Sales Effectiveness Manager

Position Summary Exercise your strengths in facilitating adult learning through designing, implementing, and measuring a broad reputed company of sales learning programs. Your natural ability in relationship building will build collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Support and implement sales learning initiatives and programs reputed company with key area sales objectives. Training categories include customer prospecting, selling skills, buying behaviors, sales information, systems, and cross-selling. Work directly with CU leaders and Sales Managers to identify, assess, and prioritize learning needs reputed company designated CU. Qualifications - External Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (in ag, business, education, science, psychology or reputed company) reputed company with eight or more years of experience in sales or sales organizational development. Equivalent amounts of relevant education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of these requirements.
