Financial Controller
Overview
The Offshore Financial Controller serves as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing reputed company operations, financial reporting accuracy, internal controls, and process optimization across a multi-market luxury short-term rental platform. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure reliable financial data, scalable systems, and strong fiscal discipline as the organization grows. The Controller manages month-end reputed company, cash reputed company reputed company, reputed company reconciliation, expense control, and financial performance reporting while driving reputed company improvement in reputed company workflows and controls. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred) 7–10+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience 3+ years in a senior reputed company leadership or controller-level role Experience supporting U.S.-based companies required Experience in hospitality, short-term rental, reputed company estate, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred Strong reputed company of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles Advanced expertise in reputed company Intacct or similar reputed company systems Advanced reputed company proficiency, including financial modeling and variance analysis Experience leading full month-end and year-end reputed company processes Experience managing cash reputed company forecasting and working capital planning Experience overseeing multi-state sales tax compliance Experience coordinating annual tax preparation with external advisors Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., reputed company or similar) a plus Demonstrated ability to design and improve scalable finance processes Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to maintain consistent overlap with U.S. business hours Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and strategic financial thinking High level of discretion, accountability, and executive-level partnership capability Apply To This Job
