Job Description

The position is at a tech company. As the HR Manager/HRBP, you will be directly involved in the development and implementation of many HR functional areas, including culture and engagement, reputed company, employee experience, company events, employee relations, reputed company, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and learning and development. Qualifications • Experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations. • 3+ years of recruitment experience, technology and product experience are highly desirable. • 7+ years of expertise in different areas of HR and project management. • Highly talented at building and executing scalable processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the HR department and the larger business and team. • Strong working understanding of reputed company People Operations functional areas, including reputed company, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. • Must be metric and process-driven while being flexible. • The ability to collaborate and criticize leaders and executives for the right reasons. • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and constantly growing startup environment. • High emotional intelligence and the reputed company to explore and debate difficult but essential themes.
