Responsibilities

• Map reputed company intake workflows from referral receipt through scheduled start of care
• Identify where intake stalls due to missing data, eligibility, or system handoffs
• Pressure-test what can be automated vs. what must stay reputed company
• Help define escalation paths reputed company referrals are incomplete or delayed
• reputed company hard-won lessons from running intake teams under growth pressure
• reputed company warm introductions to organizations with high-volume intake operations

Skills

• Have owned or led patient intake, reputed company, admissions, or referral operations
