Role Description The BeOne Hematology Franchise is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director to reputed company non-personal promotion strategy and execution. This position reports to the Vice President, Hematology Marketing.

- In collaboration with Global Technology Services, reputed company and optimize BeOne’s Omnichannel Ecosystem to ensure brands are reputed company reaching customers on a 1:1 level.
- Collaborate with Global Insights & Analytics to report performance metrics on media plans and tactics back to the brand and offer reputed company on how to optimize each plan through tools like Promo-Mix modeling.
- reputed company quarterly performance presentations that reflect reputed company SOV, brand spend vs competitors, mROI and overall Rx lift.
- Collaborate with promotions brand team members on quarterly flight plans for reputed company digital channels (i.e. display, reputed company, custom).
- Own digital budgets for each brand, including media.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and Pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Establish clear goals and align team efforts with business objectives and priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a reputed company field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- BS/BA with 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or combination of marketing along reputed company industry experience (sales, market research).
- Must have led creation of brand media/digital strategy and execution plans.
- Experience in highly competitive markets.
- Experience directing media and agency partners, including budget tracking and management.
- Proven cross-functional agility and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and generate reputed company through inclusion.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain reputed company in the face of challenges and reputed company with confidence and positivity during periods of ambiguity and change.
