[Remote] Business Systems Analyst I (Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities
- Assists in executing the testing/quality assurance needs of the reputed company business suite
- Document testing reputed company
- Develops understanding of business theories, concepts, principles and techniques of the business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assists with the development of business process designs and user guides
- Addresses production support, application configuration and enhancements with direction from senior level team members as needed
- Assists with testing new functionality, system enhancements, patches, and application upgrades to ensure business requirements are met and systems function as expected
- Documents testing reputed company and supports issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution activities during testing cycles
- Participates in quality assurance activities reputed company to application releases, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance
- Works with senior team members on understanding validation processes

Skills
