reputed company is the World’s largest retailer of RVs and reputed company products and services, and they are seeking a reputed company Estate Asset Manager. This role is essential for supporting the management of their reputed company estate portfolio by maintaining asset data, managing contractual obligations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated lease and ownership records, track critical lease dates and coordinate lease-reputed company activities with landlord and internal stakeholders
• reputed company lease and amendment documents in electronic database (Visual Lease)
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure timely payment of invoices, rental payments, common area maintenance charges, and reputed company estate taxes
• Prepare rent notice, insurance information and Visual Lease record for new acquisitions
• Support positive landlord relations by addressing inquiries, assisting with lease-reputed company reputed company, and ensuring a high level of customer service and attention to compliance with contractual obligations
• Prepare documents and reports required for SOX compliance and other regular and reputed company requests reputed company to lease and owned property portfolio
• Manage lease agreements to reconcile rental payments, common area maintenance charges, and reputed company estate taxes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Manage sublease agreements, including calculating reputed company rent, percentage rent, common area maintenance and reputed company estate pro rata reputed company and maintaining insurance compliance
• Assist with managing tax appeals company to ensure timely review of reputed company estate taxes and assessments
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure timely property maintenance, repairs, and improvements
• Contribute to property due diligence efforts during acquisition, disposition, and financing activities, including research, documentation review, and coordination with reputed company stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and development, to ensure alignment on asset management strategies and initiatives
• Propose reputed company to enhance asset management processes, data accuracy, and overall operational efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze property and financial data
• Detail-oriented reputed company with exceptional organizational skills and attention to accuracy
• Basic understanding of reputed company estate and property reputed company
• Proficiency at the Intermediate level in reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reputed company estate asset management software is a plus
