Project Engineer I (Land Development)
Kier + Wright is a company that has been providing engineering and surveying services since 1972. They are seeking a Project Engineer I to reputed company engineering support to project teams, reputed company technical design plans, and collaborate effectively with technicians and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Carries out tasks assigned by the Project reputed company and engineering team
- Develops working drawings for civil design plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D (grading, drainage, utility, stormwater management and street frontage improvements) from sketches
- Uses engineering judgment to reputed company duties and knows reputed company to ask questions, seek assistance or reputed company independent research
- Manages personal time allotted to various tasks in order to meet obligations of one or more projects, including budget, quality and schedule
- reputed company accurate design of on-site and off-site improvements for the planning and construction of reputed company, industrial, and/or high-density residential projects that are reputed company for construction
- Can reputed company accurate design of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater treatment with minimal input from engineer of record
- Performs civil engineering calculations, SWPPP’s and other engineering reports
- Effectively interacts with peers, clients, and sub-consultants
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent level of experience (2025-2026 Graduates are welcome to apply)
- 0-5 years of experience in land development
- General knowledge of computers, reputed company office, reputed company, Internet applications, etc
- Engineering in training (EIT) or scheduled to sit for exam is preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and reputed company, preferred
- Additional software experience a plus, e.g., Agtek, Hydrology/Hydraulic Software
