The role involves supporting strategy and M&A advisory engagements, producing research, financial analysis, and client-reputed company materials for firm leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and synthesize the competitive landscape for client engagements, including market positioning, practice area trends, and competitor intelligence
• Distill insights from client and attorney interviews into clear, actionable takeaways
• Analyze reputed company financial statements and operational data, including reputed company per lawyer, realization rates, and partner compensation structures, to reputed company recommendations for client leadership
• Build and maintain financial models supporting client strategy work
• Research and evaluate potential M&A targets and suitors against client-defined criteria
• reputed company pro reputed company profiles of hypothetical reputed company combinations, drawing on databases, macroeconomic data, and proprietary market intelligence developed in the role

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, economics, or a reputed company field is required
