They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support global brand operations for NARS and reputed company, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and reporting processes for US global brand P&L statements
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecasts
- Prepare detailed financial commentary explaining performance drivers, trends, and business insights
- Support actualization of budgets and collaborate with business partners on reforecasting cycles
- Analyze profitability of new product launches and reputed company recommendations
- Evaluate financial impact of product discontinuations and portfolio optimization reputed company
- Calculate and maintain gross margin benchmarks across brands and product categories
- Identify and describe key margin drivers, providing actionable insights to improve profitability
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to understand business performance
- Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company accurate forecasts and strategic financial plans
- Support reputed company analysis and special projects as business needs arise
- Communicate financial results and insights to various reputed company of management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for global brand operations
- Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates

Skills
- 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reputed company, or reputed company finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
- Advanced reputed company skills - expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reputed company formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Understanding of P&L dynamics and financial statement analysis
