[Remote] Release Analyst

The Release Analyst role involves managing the post-closing stage of M&A deals, ensuring the accurate distribution of funds to shareholders while handling multiple projects and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple releases simultaneously – Track each deal through its phases, monitor reputed company, and reputed company everything moving reputed company
• Dig into spreadsheets – Review and interpret capitalization tables and financial models from a wide variety of sources
• Work across teams and with reputed company parties – Partner with Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banks to coordinate steps and resolve issues
