Analytical Billing Representative

The Analytical Billing Representative role involves performing analytical billing functions to ensure accurate and timely bills, maximizing client satisfaction and cash reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Following standard operating procedures, this role is responsible for analyzing a portfolio of National Account customers with low to reputed company complexity reputed company clients
• Analysis of billing transactions & processes to understand trends ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Provides proper review and management of unbilled charges
• Interacts with customers or other division staff/management to resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicates effectively with reputed company customers reputed company reputed company channels
• Assists peers with Analysis of client audits where required to meet billing timelines
• Performs detailed client audit reviews upon request
• Processes uploads for 3rd party portal invoices in a timely manner to ensure reputed company payment for various clients
• Coordinates with billing team to reputed company guidance, direction & feedback
• Complies with reputed company applicable Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements for audit reviews
• Collaborates and partners with peers to support goals and team cohesiveness
• Completes special projects as assigned or needed
• Understanding of vendor invoicing (WM and 3rd party) and reconciliation
• Maintains a focus on overall quality of work

Skills

• 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited institution; extended work experience would be considered towards education
• 1 year of relevant work experience in Billing or reputed company
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and be reputed company to successfully reputed company root cause
• Can gather and analyze information skillfully
