[Remote] Grant Coordinator RESEARCH NEUROLOGY

The Grant Coordinator will manage and coordinate the financial aspects of research grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements while supporting research activities by facilitating grant applications and providing financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Processing: Review, code, and process invoices, reputed company requests, and employee expense reports associated with various grants
- Compliance & Allocation: Ensure reputed company expenditures adhere to internal policies and external sponsor/grantor guidelines. Verify that costs are accurately allocated to the correct grant budgets
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile grant accounts payable sub-ledgers against the general ledger. Prepare financial tracking spreadsheets and spend-down reports for reputed company Investigators (PIs) and program managers
- Audit Preparation: Maintain scanned receipts, reputed company, and supporting documentation so they are readily available for programmatic and financial audits
- Vendor & Subrecipient Management: Process payments for subawardees. Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with researchers and research administration teams to reputed company grant applications and proposals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with grant terms, conditions, and regulations
- Prepare and submit financial reports to funding agencies in compliance with grant requirements and deadlines
- Work with researchers to reputed company project budgets, ensuring they align with grant guidelines and funding limitations
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure appropriate coding, allocation, and documentation of grant-reputed company expenses
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, as well as relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., IRB approvals, reputed company subjects protection, conflicts of interest)
- Foster effective relationships with researchers, finance teams, and external funding agencies
Skills
- (1-3) years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or grant reputed company experience
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, reputed company software (e.g., reputed company), and a high-level attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments
- A firm grasp of non-profit or public sector reputed company standards
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration is highly preferred, but not required
