Account Coordinator, Public Affairs

reputed company is part of reputed company, a reputed company and marketing company. The Account Coordinator will support reputed company plans, focusing on media relations, project management, and writing tasks for public affairs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy, creative brainstorming and campaign planning for multiple high-profile accounts
• Pitch and reputed company media stories across local, regional and national outlets; build and maintain press lists
• Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as client emails, press releases, fact sheets, talking points, media pitches and communications plans
• reputed company day-to-day communications with clients, including staffing weekly calls, developing meeting agendas, press coverage and event recaps and participate in events
• Manage work streams across multiple accounts
• Assist in the execution of a variety of public affairs tactics, including stakeholder engagement, in-person reputed company grassroots organizing and paid advertising
• Support teams at client media events

Skills

• Internship or other relevant experience in reputed company from working in politics, government or advocacy or with a PR agency, media outlet or in-house communications team
• Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
