Responsibilities
- Practice reputed company the state of California in the Environmental/Toxic Tort department
- Work on various types of toxic tort actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold and asbestos
- Handle Prop 65 and class action reputed company
- Engage in reputed company-facing client interactions and manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
