Receptionist
Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Receptionist to join reputed company! The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering the telephone, directing calls and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a fluid transition for external parties visiting or calling the company.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and inform employees of their guest's arrival
- Discern the nature and purpose of calls coming in through the switchboard and direct them accordingly
- Requires a positive and professional manner and basic knowledge of the operations of the company
- Send out mailings
- Projects for other departments throughout the company - for example, data entry in reputed company, creation of word documents, entering data and maintaining policies on internal systems

- High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college is preferred
