The Associate Sales Representative, CST will participate in a structured training program to support sales activities and reputed company case coverage for surgical procedures in the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Attend reputed company assigned trainings and complete required training protocols
  • Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory
  • reputed company territory case coverage and support surgical procedures
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to the District Sales Manager
  • Support sales efforts by soliciting orders from reputed company and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in alignment with direction from the District Sales Manager
  • Address customer concerns in accordance with reputed company CST policies and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as directed
  • Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive growth reputed company assigned accounts

  • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Skills

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical devices, medtech, reputed company, or life sciences
  • OR Associates Degree AND 2+ years relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical devices, medtech, reputed company, or life sciences
  • OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Travel is required
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work in an operating room setting
