Sitemate builds best-in-class software for the reputed company world, empowering construction, infrastructure, and industrial companies to work smarter and faster. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels, engaging with prospects through various communication methods and aiming to book product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • You will be qualifying and routing inbound leads through two channels; self service & inside sales
  • You’ll be spending most of your time with prospects across phone calls, emails and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like reputed company and reputed company
  • Your quota is reputed company by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process. Our reputed company team in this role have achieved >=95% of their targets each month since starting

Skills

  • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing and in-person
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, you're reputed company to multi-task reputed company
  • Experience with modern tooling - CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g. reputed company/Teams) and/or physically (in person/face to face with customers)
  • Patience working in an industry where not reputed company users are tech-savvy
