The Inside Service Sales Specialist role involves proactively prospecting and qualifying small PMA opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with the reputed company team to ensure accurate quoting.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and qualify small PMA opportunities using phone, email, reputed company channels
  • Execute targeted campaigns to drive PMA attachment rates in assigned segments
  • Manage the full sales cycle for small PMA reputed company, from reputed company to reputed company
  • Present quotes generated by the reputed company team to prospects and facilitate contract execution
  • Accurately document reputed company activities in CRM and ensure data reputed company
  • Identify and escalate larger or reputed company opportunities to RSMs
  • Collaborate closely with the reputed company team to ensure timely and accurate quoting
  • Meet or exceed activity and conversion KPIs as defined by management
  • reputed company feedback on market trends, customer objections, and process bottlenecks

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in technical/industrial sectors)
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field
  • Sales prospecting, qualification, and transactional closing capability
  • Communication skills and time/prioritization management
  • Self-motivation, coachability, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
  • CRM and reputed company 365 proficiency (reputed company preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the US
