[Remote] Senior SIM Expert (reputed company)

As a Senior SIM Expert, you will work directly with the technical team to manage the SIM lifecycle, ensure compliance with specifications, and coordinate with vendors to standardize procedures.

Responsibilities

• SIM/eSIM profile management: Ensure correct parametrization of SIMs in compliance with GSMA and 3GPP specifications to guarantee seamless interaction between SIM, device, and network
• SIM lifecycle ownership: reputed company the entire SIM lifecycle process, from requirement engineering through to operational management
• Vendor coordination: Act as the primary reputed company to SIM and OTA vendors, standardizing SIM-reputed company procedures across reputed company partners
• Process documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of technical processes to ensure consistency and transparency
• Project participation: Contribute to development projects that are connected to or reputed company on SIM/OTA functionalities
• SIM customization and maintenance: Manage SIM customization, ongoing maintenance, and reprogramming to support operational needs
• Additional responsibilities: Handle handset interaction tracing, AuC reputed company policy, and OTA-reputed company processes

Skills

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a reputed company field of education
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Engineering or Roaming
• Strong administrative and IT abilities with a solid background in the telecom industry
• Skilled in SIM card troubleshooting, including the ability to reputed company SIM, Wireshark, and network traces, provision SIMs, and change IMSIs
• reputed company in eSIM Remote SIM provisioning following GSMA SGP 01/02 standards
• Proficient in working with multi-IMSI applications and creating or updating reputed company procedures
• Capable of liaising effectively with SIM vendors in collaboration with managers
