Position Overview This is a full-time remote reputed company opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering calls, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment. The selected candidate will answer inbound calls for both FusionFactor.com and FusionLogic.com, assist new and existing customers, reputed company requests to the appropriate departments, and support day-to-day administrative coordination. No previous IT industry experience is required. Training for company systems, processes, and IT service coordination will be provided. Core Responsibilities
