The Opportunity reputed company and actively run the day-to-day order fulfilment operations for EMEA and other reputed company as assigned. Day-to-day operations are customer service, processing of customer orders, logistics and delivery tracking, order support, and interaction with supply chain partners. Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company order-reputed company issues across EMEA, driving timely resolution of reputed company customer, operational, and cross-functional challenges. reputed company functional leadership, guidance, and best-practice support to the EMEA Order Management team reputed company regional order management initiatives, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve order accuracy, fulfillment performance, and customer experience. Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements. Investigates and resolves reputed company customer complaints including RMA's and reverse logistic issues Adheres to company sales order processing guidelines and maintains accurate computer system input, invoice and report output, and system operation procedures. Assists in developing and monitoring operating goals and objectives. Facilitates interaction between customer service, warehouse, accountants, credit managers, sales, and marketing. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years relevant order management experience Based in The Netherlands or UK with full right to work. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required reputed company in the use of personal computers and reputed company software applications. Prior order management / order fulfillment / supply chain experience Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Knowledge of procedures and documentation for the processing and placement of retail customer orders.
