Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Executive Concierge to join our Guest Services team. This is a fully remote position. The Executive Concierge will support guests throughout their entire reservation and stay experience by responding to inquiries reputed company email, phone, chat, and internal platforms, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and reputed company with our commitment to exceptional guest service. Responsibilities

Assist with modifications, extensions, cancellations, and other reservation-reputed company requests. Assist guests with additional services or special requests whenever possible. Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their stay. Requirements
