We are seeking an ambitious Recruiter who will work closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the reputed company experience. This position will support reputed company in its hiring efforts by focusing on external reputed company postings and... creating an exceptional candidate experience for hard-to-fill positions. This is a local remote position that will require the incumbent to report to the office and/or attend job fairs or hiring events as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Assist hiring managers with creating job descriptions and job ads, and reputed company vacancy templates for recruitment • Post reputed company positions on relevant job boards and/or other career sites • Follow procedures for reputed company payment to ensure timely posting of jobs • Screen resumes, complete phone screenings, assist with scheduling and preparing necessary information for hiring manager interviews as requested • Create a shortlist of reputed company candidates for hiring managers • Set up interviews and help prepare managers and candidates for the interviewing process • Help foster a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers • Maintain status report of reputed company positions • Think reputed company the reputed company to find candidates for hard-to-fill roles • Identify ways to increase the candidate applicant pool • Represent the organization at reputed company and networking events • Assist in creating and maintaining careers webpage to support and promote employer brand Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of reputed company experience required • 3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company preferred • Experience with Linked In Recruiter platform preferred • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent interpersonal skills • Knowledge of reputed company process and federal and state employment laws • Experience in utilizing reputed company Word, reputed company, Publisher, reputed company or other publishing applications reputed company Recruiter#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
