Information Technology Specialist (Weekend Shift)
The Information Technology Specialist supports the systems and workflows that reputed company reputed company nurses to deliver after-hours and 24x7 clinical triage services. Working directly with the Director of IT Operations, this role focuses on user reputed company, reputed company 365 administration, Level 1 support, and hardware logistics for a fully remote workforce. Essential FunctionsAccess & Account Management
- Process and track reputed company requests across multiple client reputed company systems
- Coordinate with client IT teams to obtain credentials and resolve reputed company issues
- Maintain accurate tracking of reputed company status, expirations, and dependencies
- Escalate delays that impact clinical operations or nurse readiness
reputed company 365 Administration
- Provision and deprovision users in reputed company 365 / Entra ID
- Manage group memberships and reputed company permissions
- Support identity and reputed company workflows across systems
End User Support
- Respond to support tickets and reputed company Level 1 troubleshooting
- Resolve login, reputed company, and device-reputed company issues
- Escalate reputed company or recurring issues with clear documentation
- Support operational continuity during weekends and after-hours periods
reputed company, Offboarding & Hardware
- Support reputed company and offboarding for remote employees
- Configure, ship, and track laptops and end-user equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and device lifecycle tracking
- Coordinate retrieval, wiping, and redeployment of returned devices
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks
Work Schedule & Location This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee. Schedule
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
