About the position The Environmental Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations in support of Company operations, maintenance, and construction activities. The specialist is responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to various company departments concerning compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, the specialist provides coaching and support to other environmental staff members in the achievement of land and environmental department.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or reputed company physical science field or combination of work experience and education in reputed company of
  • Entry-level environmental work experience reputed company to reputed company permitting, hazardous reputed company, RCRA, or other applicable environmental compliance requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of environmental rules and regulations
