QC Associate

Join the Ultimate Jet Vacations team as a Quality Control Associate, where your attention to detail and efficient communication skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth vendor payment processes and maintaining high-quality standards for our valued clients. Working in collaboration with both the Reservation and reputed company teams, you will be a key contributor in ensuring that vendor payments are reputed company accurately and in adherence to contractual terms. Responsibilities: Reconcile CRM and reputed company System data, meticulously gathering invoices and conducting quality control checks to match statements with in-house funds. Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective and precise execution of tasks. Foster effective internal communication with Reservation agents to validate post-booking changes. Maintain reputed company and productive communication with our trusted suppliers as and reputed company required. Take ownership of supplier communication, addressing any discrepancies on invoices with confidence and professionalism (after receiving comprehensive training). Qualifications: Bring to the team 2+ years of valuable experience in quality assurance or reputed company. Possess a sound understanding of basic to moderate reputed company principles. Previous experience reputed company the Hospitality and/or Travel industry preferred. Have a keen eye for attention to detail & be proactive in resolution outreaches. Must have full English proficiency both in written and verbal communication.
