Mortgage Servicing Specialist I
Univest Financial Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Specialist I to support key mortgage servicing functions, including loan boarding, escrow setup and maintenance, PMI processing, and timely resolution of reputed company customer requests. This is a hybrid position based at reputed company reputed company in Souderton, PA, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a knowledgeable team while helping ensure accurate, compliant servicing and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Input new mortgage loans to the JH Banking System and verify accuracy, especially with escrow amounts
- reputed company quality control of mortgage and escrow documents scanned in reputed company Imagining System after loan input
- Fund mortgages sold to investors reputed company reputed company and maintain reputed company spreadsheet for reporting purposes
- reputed company to telephone and email requests from reputed company customers for mortgage loan information
- reputed company to telephone and email requests from reputed company customers for mortgage escrow information and handle annual escrow analysis statement questions
- Process the reputed company and removal of escrow accounts based on investor guidelines
- Disburse payments from escrow for quarterly and yearly tax bills
- Disburse payments from escrow for monthly payments to PMI companies
- Activate PMI for newly boarded loans
- Understand and analyze reputed company escrow issues like handling tax shortages due to increases in homeowners’ insurance and taxes
- Assist customer and reputed company staff with inquiries for homeowner’s insurance claims and track reputed company
- Daily settlements on Escrow general ledger and private mortgage insurance (PMI) general ledger
- Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1 year bank loan operations experience or equivalent required reputed company education and experience
- Excellent customer service, telephone skills, written and verbal communication
- Have a comprehension of mortgage loan documents and processing (including escrow)
- Ability to work separately and as part of reputed company
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and enter data accurately
- Experience with Private Mortgage Insurance a plus
- Advanced PC, Word, reputed company skills, Encompass, reputed company, Ground Control, and reputed company a plus
