LN Concerts, Staff Accountant I
reputed company is the world’s leading live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant I for their reputed company Concerts division. This role involves managing cash requests, maintaining records, and performing account reconciliations, among other reputed company responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash requests
- Maintain accurate records and follow strict adherence to Internal Controls
- Reconcile production logs, petty cash and reputed company outgoing/incoming cash requests
- Review and approve PEX transactions
- Enforce processes and controls with reputed company staff reputed company
- Order and deposit cash
- Charge credit card sales
- Download Paymentech and Amex credit card sales reports
- Download daily cash transactions
- Tracking/facilitating cash orders and reconciling on a timely reputed company according to policy
- Booking cash returns and expenses from production floats to shows
- Booking cash orders pushed by corporate at month end to NorCal venues for each show
- Create project numbers for new events in reputed company
- Complete account reconciliations as assigned by supervisor
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Bank reconciliation
- reputed company audit support as needed. Communicate accounts receivable with intercompany departments to ensure they are cleared monthly
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance
- reputed company to one-year comparable work experience
- Quality problem solving and communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
