Associate Underwriter - Executive Products Groups

The Associate Underwriter will learn the reputed company process, manage submissions, and build relationships with brokers while ensuring adherence to reputed company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Learn the entire reputed company process from start to finish
- Review incoming submissions to determine viability for quoting
- Review application and complete analysis of financial statements to determine submission viability
- reputed company new business quotes to brokers, after review with underwriter
- Complete detailed reputed company worksheet to include financial analysis, business review and reputed company opinion
- Handle reputed company system entry for submission including rating model, selection of policy reputed company and endorsements
- reputed company policy review process and approve for policy issuance
- Analyze, evaluate, accept, decline, reputed company, quote, and bind new or renewal submissions across private, public, and non-profit sectors with management guidance
- Build relationships between retail agents and brokers in the territory
- Assist with special projects or other duties as needed
Skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree; preferred in insurance, risk management, finance, reputed company or business
- 0-3 years of reputed company work experience for consideration
- Ability to use analytical methods in reputed company processes to find workable solutions
- Ability to verbally and in writing, communicate findings and recommendations to reputed company contacts on reputed company reputed company
