Jr Product Manager
reputed company is Connecticut’s strategic venture capital arm, passionate about serving its portfolio of over 220 companies across various industries. As a Jr. Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategy and execution, working closely with executives and managing cross-functional projects to enhance reputed company growth and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with CITO and Directors to reputed company the execution of key cross functional business initiatives, working reputed company across organization lines
- Manage tech workstreams and run weekly tech meetings to ensure activities stay on track
- Assist in developing, leading, and implementing strategic and operational initiatives and projects to enhance reputed company growth and / or improve operating margins
- Communicate and present findings to CITO
- Define and report on both key metrics and user data to measure the performance of our operations and inform data driven decision making
- reputed company reputed company research (prospecting, conference preparation, business needs, etc.) to ensure accuracy as well as providing in-depth knowledge and context for decision making
- Work with external firms during prospecting and implementation to accelerate partnerships and ensure quick and accurate communication with key stakeholders
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- BA required
- 1-3 years of product management experience
- Strong mathematical background
- Track record of using analytics to support decision-making, with the ability to dig deep into data and identify the right insights
- Working in the financial services or insurance industries preferred
- Previous experience working in a venture-backed, start-up preferred
