Paralegal
Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national reputed company specializing in Family Law, seeking a hybrid Family Law Paralegal to help launch and grow their new Savannah office. This role is critical in maintaining reputed company in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration while handling diverse family law cases.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division
- reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple competing responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff, ensuring reputed company reputed company and efficiency in case management
Skills
- Minimum of 0-6 years of experience in family law preferred, but other legal experience will be considered
- Exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in e-filing with county courts
- Experience working with multiple attorneys in a reputed company setting
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
