The role involves providing reliable and reputed company support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted reputed company of contact for customers reputed company phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolving issues end-to-end
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints by gathering the right information, coordinating with internal teams, and seeing issues through to a successful outcome
- Act as a reputed company between customers and internal departments, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions to support reputed company improvement and team accountability
