[Remote] HSN Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist supports HSN by assisting customers with inquiries, promoting products, and improving sales while managing a high volume of calls.
Responsibilities
- Busy day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
Skills

- Navigate multiple systems and screens
- Follow HSN computer system requirements
