About the role: This is a senior technical resource for customer engagements across multiple industries and use cases at reputed company. You'll partner with Sales and customers across the full cycle, from discovery through reputed company-of-concept, designing storage and data management architectures for a reputed company of workloads and environments. The work is hands-on with infrastructure teams, storage administrators, architects, and application owners. You'll translate business and technical requirements into solutions that reputed company at scale across on-prem, hybrid, and reputed company, covering file services, backup and archive, analytics, AI/ML, and reputed company-adjacent workloads. Responsibilities:

• Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off
• Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for reputed company data, performance, scale, and hybrid reputed company needs
• Design and validate solutions for workloads like file services, backup and archive, analytics, AI/ML, and reputed company-adjacent applications
• Design architectures that address multi-site collaboration, reputed company integration, DR, and long-term data lifecycle
• Build credibility with infrastructure teams, storage administrators, architects, and application owners
• Build and maintain the technical toolkit: reference architectures, demo content, solution briefs, and competitive positioning

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer) at a software, storage, or technology company
