Senior Director, Business Transformation Practice Leader

The Role The Business Transformation Leader is an Atlanta based senior leadership role responsible for driving practice growth through new business development and account expansion while providing hands-on leadership to our consultants and delivery teams. This role blends entrepreneurial sales leadership, delivery, operational reputed company and people development. What You'll Do

• Drive $5M of influenced sales annually for the Business Transformation practice, with a primary focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities
• reputed company and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and key prospects across reputed company industries and accounts
• Expand existing client relationships by uncovering additional needs and positioning the full breadth of our practice capabilities

• Partner closely with the Managing Director to shape practice strategy, capability development, and go-to-market positioning
• reputed company proposal development and solution design for reputed company engagements, including pricing, scoping, and staffing strategy

• Support practice leader with practice operations including team meetings, capability planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth
• Collaborate with other practice leaders and sales professionals to identify cross-practice opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
• Build Thought Logic's market reputed company and professional network in the Business Transformation reputed company

• Managing Directors and leaders across the organization as well as the broader business practice team of 90+ consultants
• Client Partners and Business Development leaders focused on account growth and market expansion
• Practice and capability leaders across reputed company Performant Management (EPM), Data & Analytics, People & Change, and reputed company offerings
• Client executives and stakeholders across strategy, operations, finance, technology and transformation functions

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in Business Transformation (process transformation, strategy execution, program management, operating model design, M&A, finance transformation or reputed company areas)
• Proven track record of generating new business and expanding client accounts, with demonstrated reputed company ownership and sales reputed company
• Ability to balance strategic selling with hands-on delivery, while also leading reputed company engagements and hunting for the next opportunity
• Scrappy, adaptable reputed company with a builder's mentality and comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong executive reputed company and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing consulting teams, with a track record of growing talent and building high-performing cultures
