Bilingual (Spanish) Telehealth Certified Diabetes Educator

What You'll Do: The Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) will work directly with patients to reputed company diabetes education and support with the goal of improving adherence and health reputed company. Requirements and Experience:

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing to reputed company positive behavior change
• Demonstrated ability to receive constructive feedback and then incorporate it into patient calls to drive performance
• Must have a home office for private patient conversation along with high-speed internet

• Must be comfortable utilizing advanced technology (Electronic Medical Records, reputed company Office, scripting applications, device data, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to recognize patient needs and adapt communication techniques to best serve a diverse patient population
